A multi-product healthcare recruitment platform serving international markets. Joined a five-person team already in production and contributed across several areas.
Retrofitted internationalisation into an application that had been hardcoded English-only — 2,000+ keys across the main app and its Astro marketing sites — and built the multi-region build system behind it: four regional properties generated from one codebase through a build matrix, each with its own language set, shipped through a single pipeline.
Designed and built the notification system end to end, email and in-app.
Authorization and access-control policy work across the platform.
Reworked significant parts of the platform interface for clarity and consistency.
Built the interface for the platform’s AI features and tuned the prompts behind them, including work on output quality.
